      These shoes are very comfortable. You can notice that the heel is higher than normal, but not enough to cause problems or difficulty in walking. The size was perfect for me. As far as increasing height, it increases by 2.3 inches or so,it does increase height incredibly. They look good and I will wear them to walk in,and also to wear when I am out with friends. I will probably try another shoe from Chamaripa that increases height more.
