A: Our shoes will invisibly add 1.18- 7.45 inches (3-19cm) in height without losing any comfort. Every pair of our shoes are made with the best care and from high-quality leather. Our full- length height increasing layers are specially designed for each model and size,according to human foot bone structure and the principle of walking mechanics. Featuring with 15-degree proper curve, the height increasing layer is made of light, soft and elastic material, closely fit to the arch of the foot, making you feel strength evenly.As a result, you can wear our shoes on a daily basis without experiencing any discomfort.
Our shoe last makes it so that the shoes will not slip off, while providing the comfort and room needed for your feet. While adding height, the insoles will help absorb impact and cushion your feet. In every pair of our shoes, there are mid-insoles that help prevent deterioration to the insoles and provide air circulation. Our outer soles help you feel comfortable by allowing a natural instep.

Q:Can I change the height increase level on a particular style?

A: Yes, height selection is available on product page already, you could choose the height and place the order directly. We can custom make shoes according to you special request with additional charge.You can change height , color, materials, or out-sole on a particular style, add your name or logo on the shoes, even provide pictures to make normal shoes into elevator shoes. The charge varies from different situation,please contact our customer service if needed.

Q:Will anyone know that I am wearing height increase shoes?

A: Our shoes are designed with the appearance to be just like any non-height increasing shoe, only to be slightly taller in the back. By simply pairing your height increasing shoes with a pair of pants, it will cover up the back end of your shoes - thus making them unnoticeable.

Q:Do you offer Vegan Leather?

A: Yes we do offer Vegan leather, also known as microfiber or synthetic leather which is made of non-animal materials designed to mimic the look and mechanical qualities of leather. The most commonly used materials for synthetic leathers that we carry are polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polyurethane (PU).

Q:Do you have exotic leather?

A: Exotic Skins such as crocodile, python, snake, lizard, Elk leather are also available upon request.

Q:I have a one leg shorter than the other, can you custom make shoes for leg discrepancy?

A: Yes, we have a professional R&D team and factory, we can customize misaligned foot shoes. About the procedures and price, please contact our customer service.

Q:My feet are different sizes. Can you modify my shoes to fit properly?

A:As part of our custom shoemaking process,
 we make shoe lasts as per the clients foot measurements.
 This means, the final shoes you will receive will be true to your actual size for both the left and right foot.
We can also modify your existing designer shoes 
to make adjustments and repairs.

Q:Do I need to make alterations to the length of my pants?

A: In most cases, there is no need to alter your pants. Wearing slightly longer trousers with larger legs will help optimize the invisible effect, however. Trousers should have sufficient margin so that they nicely fall over the end part of the shoes, where the shoe begins to lift up. Slightly longer pants are recommended for our extra height-increase styles.

Q:Is the sizing different for your shoes?

A: Most of the shoes are true to size, meaning that you should order your normal shoe size. If a certain style fits otherwise (large or small), there will be indication in the description that we advise to order a larger or smaller size.For International Shoe size conversion, please see our size help page for reference.

Q:Can I put your insoles into regular shoes?

A: Our insoles are designed so that they may be worn with regular shoes. It is better that they be worn with high-profile shoes to ensure the best comfort. Shoes with low profiles, such as loafers, will not allow the necessary room for your feet when the insoles are inserted. We offer a large variety of insoles that are available to fit the individual needs of our customers.We do recommend you wear our elevator shoes since its height increasing insoles is full-length and well designed for each model and size , make the shoes more comfortable to wear and also good good for your health .

Q:Can I take take out the height increasing layer from your shoes and put it into regular shoes?

A: We don't recommend you do that . Because the height increasing layer was built-in the shoes, it is fixed , non removable. If you take it out by yourself, the shoes maybe damaged. And the height increasing insoles may not fit for your regular shoes , which will cause discomfort. If you do want to take it out, you could contact our customer service to make a special request before purchase, we can ask our professional shoemaker to take it out, but there is extra charge.

Shipping

Q:Where is the order shipped from?

A: Our global warehouses distributed in the following country /areas: The United States, Europe, Singapore, Canada, Hong Kong, and other areas. Our products are stocked at different warehouses, then we can fulfill the order separately based on the location of the inventory. We will give priority to arrange the delivery from the warehouse in your local area or the warehouses near you. If an item is oversold, then assign the order to the priority location where the item is stocked.

Q:When will my order be shipped out?

A: In-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the order was placed. Custom order will take 7-15 days for production.

Q:What method of shipping do you use?

A: We use different shipping methods to different countries, such as: DHL/FEDEX/Aramex /USPS/EMS/Air Parcel Register.

Q:How will the package I receive be like?

A: To ensure the privacy of our customers, all packages are shipped in a discreet manner. Packages will be wrapped in plain gray bags or brown carton. This is to ensure that the contents are not disclosed. International packages are shipped with a customs declaration of contents as "Sample shoes."

Q:Can I purchase your shoes from a store or pay by cash on delivery?

A: Unfortunately, we don’t have a store at the moment , you could order on our website directly. We don’t accept cash on delivery, payment should be completed before shipment, you could pay with credit card, debit card, Paypal, or Western union.

Q:How much is the shipping cost?

A: It depends on different countries and shipping methods. Enter your country in checkout page ,and the shipping time and cost will show up automatically.

Q:If a shoe is out of stock, can I special order it?

A: Yes,we can custom make one pair for you if the shoes you like is out of stock, but there is extra custom fee.

Q:My favorite pair of shoes died. Can you replicate my old shoes?

A: Yes, we can surely replicate your favorite worn out shoes or the much loved pair that you adore and want in different colors.
 All we need is the original pair or a clear reference image to replicate the design patterns.

Q:Can I cancel or change my order?

A: You can request to cancel the order before shipping. Given the fast speed with which we process orders, you need to contact us via phone ,Whatsapp, chat or email immediately after your order placed. Please note that cancellation of custom-made and regular orders during production will result in a 50% refund. We cannot cancel the order once it is dispatched.

Q:Do I need to pay import taxes and duties?

A: Import duties can change according to each country’s customs regulations as well as shipping method, it is out of our control. Customer are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when your parcel passes through Customs. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you have ordered from us arrive in your country.We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. CHAMARIPA can not give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.

Q:How can I find out about my local import tariffs?

A: Every country has its own import regulations and restrictions. You can contact or refer to the official website of your local post office or customs agency to estimate the amount of import duties you may have to pay. Orders shipped with an express mail service(like DHL) have a higher probability of being taxed. We know that some countries are duty free if shipped by CHAMARIPA shipping methods, such as US, UK,UAE,and most of EU countries, please contact us for more information if you are still concerned about the taxes.

Q:How can I deal with customs duties on my orders?

A: We can not guarantee or predict the value of the customs duties you may have to pay to receive your order. Customer has the responsibility to assist your local post office or customs agency with customs clearance .We will mark the shoes as: Sample shoes" in a lower value to avoid high customs duties, if any payment proof or invoice is required for customs clearance, please contact us for the corresponding documents.

Q:I can see that the tracking of my order shows "Delivered", but I have not received my parcel. What can I do?

A: Below are some steps and suggestions on how you can solve this issue:Check if the shipping address of your order is correct;Check your mail box, garage, front door and back doors (company address can go to the front desk or mail room) and ask your family, neighbors, relatives or friends if they have received the parcel on your behalf.If still not found, try to contact your local courier to check and confirm the delivery. All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. We can contact courier company to do some investigation but we cannot ensure we will get a result. CHAMARIPA cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.

Q:I am not going to be home when my order is delivered. Do I need to sign for it?

A: It is entirely up to the delivery personnel whether your package will be left or not. The driver will not leave the package if it is not a safe area.

Return

Q:What is your return policy?

A: 1.We only accept 60 days return when you receive the package. If you have any after-sales issues, please contact us directly for a solution according to your case. We will confirm whether you need to return the item and to which address you may return it to.
2.Customers must contact us before returning an item. Returned items without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted. If the customer has returned the package without informing CHAMARIPA customer service, sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, CHAMARIPA reserves the right to refuse any compensation.

Q:Do I have to choose the shipping insurance ?

A: No, it is optional, if you do not need the shipping insurance, you will be able to uncheck it. Shipping Guarantee offers premium protection and safety for your valuable items during international shipping. We'll reship your package immediately at no extra charge if it's reported lost or shoes are damaged.

Q:Do I have to pay the return shipping cost if I return the shoes ? How much is the cost?

A: Customer should pay the return shipping fee if the return is caused by customer reason (such as size issue or do not like the shoes). About the shipping cost, you could consult with your local courier. If you become a regular customer of the Chamaripa, return shipping fee's are made up for with discounted future orders ;)
